Brett Lewis is a specialist trade mark lawyer. He is highly experienced in all aspects of trade mark law and practice and was a partner in Australia’s leading trade mark team for 20 years. Brett has worked with clients offering products and services in diverse industries including clothing, luxury goods, perfumery, cosmetics, skin care, food, alcohol, software, electronic and electrical products, video games, pharmaceuticals and automobiles.
Brett has been an active member of INTA (International Trade Mark Association,) PTMG (Pharmaceutical Trade Mark Group), Marques, CITMA (Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys, UK) and other organisations and has presented papers at a number of international trade mark law conferences. He has also ranked highly in various awards, listings and nominations in the legal and trade mark professional services sectors.

Sarah Sajinovic

Sarah is an intellectual property lawyer with a particular focus in the area of trade mark law. Sarah represents clients in contentious and non-contentious matters, including trade mark clearance searching and registrability advice, filing and prosecuting trade mark applications in Australia, New Zealand and all key jurisdictions globally, including via the World Intellectual Property Office. Sarah also provides advice and assistance with initiating and defending trade mark oppositions and removal applications, as well as advice surrounding trade mark use, validity, infringement and portfolio maintenance.
Having represented local and international clients in the health, charity, hospitality, retail and tech sectors, Sarah is passionate about delivering the best commercial outcomes for clients and their businesses, including the identification, protection and enforcement of valuable intellectual property assets. Sarah is also an advocate for animal and human rights and regularly assists with the provision of animal law advice as part of her role with local advocacy organisation, Lawyers for Animals.
